TSI Assessment

The VC Testing Center is now offering remote TSI Assessment testing Remote TSI Assessment testing through Examity, a secure online proctoring service, is available ONLY to students planning to attend Victoria College in Summer or Fall 2020. Until 6/15/2020, this option is only available for a single testing session, which can include multiple sections of the exam. After this date, students can retest with this option, but will be responsible for the $20 proctoring fee. The TSI Assessment (TSIA) is part of the Texas Success Initiative program designed to help determine if you are ready for college-level coursework in the general areas of reading, writing, and mathematics. It will also help determine what type of course or intervention will best meet your needs to help you become better prepared for college-level coursework if you are not ready. All first-time college students must take the TSI test before enrolling in classes, unless you are exempt or complete.

Before taking the TSI Assessment, the Pre-Assessment Activity video must be viewed. 

A valid, current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID)
